The registration fee includes:
- accommodation in the Radisson Blu hotel (17-22 September 2023),
- entrance to the conference sessions (oral presentations and poster sessions),
- full board,
- coffee breaks,
- welcome reception,
- banquet,
- conference excursion,
- conference materials.
Room service starts on Sunday at 03:00 pm (supper will be served) and ends on Friday at 10:00 am (lunch will be served).
Participation in the tutorials is free of charge. The tutorials are scheduled for Sunday, September 17, in the afternoon.
Earlier arrival and late departure require additional fees:
- 120 Euro per night (single room with breakfast),
- 100 Euro per night (bed in a double room with breakfast).
